United against dementia
Choosing just one charity is always a difficult decision as there are so many charities providing much needed help to many deserving causes. Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading dementia charity. They provide information and support, improve care and fund research for people affected by dementia. They also campaign to change the way the nation understands and helps people living with dementia.
