Paul is our leader at Denmans. Paul enthusiastically drives creativity, pace & delivery. Paul’s background is high pace leadership, sales, marketing & commercial change with top brands such as Mamas & Papas, The Caudwell Telecoms Group & ADT Fire & Security plc. Paul was also the MD of one of Alan Sugar’s technology companies. A family man who keeps those same ethics and values within business, Paul’s vision for Denmans is really exciting: “I’m keen to develop and attract the best talent to help achieve our goals, a collective team with the same vision and mission is key to our success”.
Mick is the Regional Manager for the North. Having worked for the business for almost 30 years, he has covered every branch-based role during this time, starting in the warehouse. A leader who is target focussed and drives results through teamwork, people management and developing talent, Mick believes that “the people make the business and seeing them grow and succeed is my passion and reward”.
Peter is one of our Regional Managers, looking after the East region. On joining Peter commented: “I am astounded by the pace of change and innovation; we are always ensuring the business is fit for the future”.
Peter's No1 priority is people development and wishes to create a succession plan in the East Region with 100% recruitment from within. Peter's background is the high paced customer centric pharmacy wholesale and retail market.
Neil is our Head of Category, Innovation and Pricing, leading our category and pricing strategy, driving the business forward through innovation and continual customer journey improvements. Neil's goal is to “create a best in class category team to work alongside marketing to deliver new products, ranges and merchandising improvements at pace and drive the Denman's vision”.
Neil has a proven track record for building successful trade partnerships and strengthening product portfolios from his 20 years of commercial and operational experience in Travis Perkins Group and Bosch Group.
Dave is the National Operations Manager at Denmans, he has been with Denmans and Rexel for over 10 years. He has been in the industry for over 30 years holding several positions starting as a van driver moving up the ladder into sales roles, branch manager, regional manager before moving over to the operational side of the business.
Dave feels that “like everything in Operations, the devil is in the detail and I have a passion for doing things right first time and making life in the network easier”.
Laura is our Multi-Channel Marketing Manager, working closely with the Denmans branch network Laura’s role is to create industry leading communications that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty: “my goal is to provide the Denmans customer with the best brand experience to increase our market share”.
Laura has over 20 years marketing and design experience working with quality brands such as Kingfisher Group, World Duty Free, Next, Cath Kidston and more.
Heidi is our People Partner, having worked in HR for over 15 years with a broad range of stakeholders in a mixture of public and private sector organisation. She is passionate about colleague engagement, developing and empowering people and ensuring that feedback works all ways.
